Privacy Policy

Overview

FrameStill is a local photo-framing app. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Photos and metadata

With your permission, FrameStill reads photos and their available metadata, such as camera model, lens, date, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and location coordinates. This information is processed on your device to browse albums, fill editable template fields, and render framed images. FrameStill does not upload your photos or photo metadata to a developer-operated server.

Files stored on your device

Custom logos and app preferences are stored locally on your device so they can be reused. They remain until removed by app behavior where available or until you delete the app and its data.

Exports and sharing

FrameStill saves or shares an exported image only when you initiate that action. A destination selected in the iOS share sheet may process the image under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

The optional lifetime batch-export purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. FrameStill verifies the purchase entitlement on your device and does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple processes App Store transactions under Apple’s own privacy terms.

Collection, sharing, and tracking

FrameStill does not send personal data to a developer-operated backend, sell personal data, or track you across apps or websites. The app currently contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK.

Your choices and deletion

• Change or revoke Photo Library access in iOS Settings.
• Choose which photos to make available when using limited access.
• Delete exported images in the Photos app.
• Delete FrameStill to remove its locally stored app data.

Changes

This policy may be updated when FrameStill’s features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
